Gall bladder activity -
When the gall bladder activity increases it may lead to hyperbilirubinemia and there by cause enlargement of the gall and also the liver cells are involved leading to hepatitis. This brings pain and uneasiness, nausea and vomiting. It can lead to gall stone and then colic associated with it.
Treatment options include proper relaxation. Low fat diet, low salt and sugar. Drinking ample water is of great use.
Do yoga pranayam especially slow and steady breathing exercises such as Kapaalbhaati is very helpful. Do it for 15 minutes.
