I have dark circles & getting hair loss rapidly. Also how could I make my complexion light through home remedies?

This sounds like a much more serious problem that needs something other than a complexion lightener. Something is causing your hair to fall out and you to have dark circles under your eyes. You need to figure out what it is so that you can treat the problem from within.

It seems to be like this is a classic example of something that is caused by stress or a difficult work schedule. Perhaps both. You need to find a way to reduce stress in your life and get AT LEAST eight hours of sleep per night.

You can also improve your body’s ability to deal with stress by improving your diet. This means drinking plenty of water and eating whole foods with fresh fruits and vegetables. It is important to take care of yourself at all times and especially when you are under stress.
