Natural Remedy for UTI

Urinary tract infection can be treated at home by putting half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and allow to dissolve. Drink this and then relax, too much activity in one day can make the situation worse. You have to drink a lot of water if you have this infection as water helps to flush out toxins and waste from the body.

One can never drink too much water, but a healthy diet together with all the water you are consuming, will help you to feel much better about yourself.

  • You can also try drinking cranberry juice as this is known to produce great results regarding urinary tract infection. If you wish to, you may add apple juice to modify the taste a bit.

  • Mix tea tree, juniper, sandalwood and bergamot oils together and massage this mixture over the area of your bladder, do this once or twice every day for about four days. You should still do this for a few days after the symptoms have subsided.
  • If this is a severe problem you are dealing with, you should try taking half a teaspoon of tincture at least once every hour, but not more often than every hour.
