Liver cirrhosis is a diseases that progresses slowly, wherein a healthy liver is substituted with a scar tissue. The liver becomes hard and leathery and is unable to perform daily functions.

The causes of cirrhosis of the liver could be due to excessive alcohol consumption. If the person does not refrain from drinking, the disease can progress further and lead to hepatic failure. Another reason of liver cirrhosis could be poor nutrition.

  • Regular exercise is essential to combat liver disease. Individuals who exercise regularly not only feel better but respond favorably to medical treatment. Exercising regularly increases energy levels and relieves stress on the liver, and several times could delay the onset of liver complication.   • Practice morning dry friction daily. This procedure can be performed with the help of a towel or soft brittle brush. Brush each part of the body to enjoy a pleasant and refreshing sensation

  • A liver cleansing program is vital to release toxins and encourage regeneration of the damaged liver. The patient can try a juice fast for a week. Juices of lemon, papaya and red beets can be drunk.
