Natural remedies for piles
I have prolapsed piles, external and internal. If I do not go for surgery, is there any other method to heal? Will enema help for healing the piles? (I have high fibre diet and regular exercise 3-4 times a week)

Wheat grass juice can be used as an enema. Firstly, give an enma with warm water and after 20 minutes, around 100 ml of wheat grass juice is given. This helps to detoxify the piles' walls.
