My baby's rash is red & it's spreading. It does not hurt him what I can use?

Skin irritation and eruption, as a result of diaper usage is common in babies on diapers. There is insufficient information regarding the kind of rash and area of infection. The best way to overcome a diaper rash is to leave the baby without a diaper for a few hours. Listing some remedies for diaper rash:

  • Corn starch powder dabbed on the area of concern brings relief.
  • Tucking in 2-3 tea bags into the diaper, during change is helpful. Though it colors the bottom, it heals the rash.
  • A tablespoon of oatmeal in its bath proves beneficial.
  • Application of milk of magnesia brings a significant healing.
  • Apply egg white on the rash. This is a famous and useful remedy.
  • Wiping the baby's bottom with a solution of vinegar (8 parts vinegar : 1 part water) is helpful.
  • A warm bath with 2 tsp of baking soda is soothing.
