There are no known herbal preparations or quick kitchen fixes to cure mortons neuroma. Conservative therapies and common home remedies involve rest, massage, and wearing roomy footwear. Some patients find relief from low heels, wide toes and soft sole. Arch supports, shoe inserts or pads such as metatarsal pads or toe crest pads are useful to many.
