Home remedy for stretched ligaments after childbirth

Is there a remedy for stretched ligaments after childbirth? My hips pop all the time and when I go hiking my hips hurt. Any help would be appreciated.

Stretch marks are unsightly and annoying. Try these easy-to-do remedies:

1. Apply vitamin E oil/cream and cocoa butter everyday on your tummy.



2. Drink at least 1 litre of water everyday, to enhance skin elasticity.
3.


 Apply aloe vera gel, cod liver oil, or vitamin E oil to affected areas to help the healing process.
4. Eat a well-balanced nutrient rich diet.
5. Massaging on the stretch marks using olive oil or flaxseed oil is helpful.
6. Exercise regularly.
