For an Alzheimer patient what is the best occupational therapy to relieve the mind from repetitive questions

Alzheimers is a neurological disorder which demands a lot of perseverance from the person's caretaker. Provide a comfortable environment to the person, so that he is able to identify all objects around him. Psychological attention is vital for such people.
