Honey and milk are highly beneficial and play a very important role in our diet. They also play a vital role as skin improvisers / enhancers. Below are some of the health benefits of honey:: - A facemask of egg white and honey gently removes the tan from your face.
- Mix oats with honey, yogurt and ground almonds. Apply this on your face, and wash with lukewarm water after 5 minutes.
- Add 2 drops lavender oil, 1 tablespoon honey, and 2 tablespoons whole milk powder to a bowl of water and apply on face. Wash after 10 minutes.
- Make a paste of honey, lemon and vegetable oil and leave on face for 5 minutes. This mixture is a good moisturiser for dry skin.
- Apply a mixture of honey and milk on the face . This will make your skin glow.
- Make a paste of honey and milk powder, mixing to form a gel. Use as any other shower gel.
- Mix 1 teaspoon powdered skim milk with 1 teaspoon honey. Add a few drops of fresh lemon juice, and gently massage face with this mixture. Rinse thoroughly after 5 minutes.
- Apply the mixture of honey, chickpea flour, cream of milk and olive oil as a face pack.
