How to treat depression witout Anti depressants?

Take about 1000 IU of Vitamin D in the form of D3. Often times depression is caused by not enough exposure to the sun depleting your stores of Vitamin D.

For immediate relief I like the herb winter cherry. It is very calming and soothing and helps with both depression and anxiety.

Something I have used to break out of a depression is to sing happy or silly or uplifting songs. Just belt it out and don't worry about how you sound.
