Having lots of white discharges. Kindly suggest some home remedies

When dealing with vaginal discharge, one has to remember that some amount of white discharge is perfectly normal and healthy. Simply white discharge, without any accompanying symptoms, in most cases is considered normal. Another fact to keep in mind about vaginal discharge is that the consistency and appearance tends to vary. On some days such discharge may appear whiter than others while at other times it could appear almost translucent. One has to keep an eye out for changes in vaginal discharge such as a color change which might occur. You would also need to note down the smell of the vaginal discharge in order to check for problems with the same. Usually it is considered abnormal when this discharge turns a shade of color such as green or if there is an unpleasant odor accompanying it. You doctor might ask you such questions to rule out a number of vaginal problems. Leucorrhea is the term given to cases where the discharge, although white, is thought to be too much. In some cases, infection is thought to be the cause behind the observed discharge. The fact remains that your doctor needs to identify the source or factor behind the discharge. For instance, the treatment would differ if the discharge is on account of some hormonal imbalance problem in the woman, or if the cause is a regular fungal infection.

In some patients, such vaginal discharge is associated with the body's need to get rid of the toxins within. In such cases, an improved diet, which focuses on gently detoxifying the body, could help. In the event of this being the reason for the vaginal discharge, whole grains in abundance along with a variety of good, fresh vegetables can really help. One cannot forget the importance of water in the role of getting the body free of numerous toxins. Water consumption is recommended not only for vaginal issues but for the general health of the woman. It would help if you practice a strict regime of vaginal hygiene and take care to clean this sensitive area in the correct manner. If the all too common yeast infection is what is causing your discharge, yogurt along with balanced meals is generally recommended. One cannot forget the effectiveness of cranberry juice (and not the sugary, nutrition free variety) in dealing with different vaginal problems. If diabetes is a problem and vaginal discharge is present, blood sugar should be monitored. As mentioned earlier, this vaginal discharge would best be examined by a doctor.
