You have asked for remedial measures to take for three different things. We can start with addressing the mouth ulcers. Mouth ulcers can occur due to a few standard reasons.

One of them is extreme indigestion. Another is having eaten food that is abrasive enough to have given you ulcers, such as excessively spicy of highly acidic food. Another is the deficiency of vitamin B complex.

In case you have ulcers due to the type of food you have eaten, then you would need to refrain from eating that particular kind of food in the future. In order to take care of ulcers like these, you would have to rinse out your mouth with a solution of diluted hydrogen peroxide. You can take one part of peroxide and three parts of water and swish this mixture around in your mouth a few times before spitting it out. This should be done without fail at night just before bedtime. You should also do this as many times during the day as you can for better results. If you have developed ulcers due to a deficiency of vitamin B complex, then you should see a doctor to first determine this. You will also be prescribed the appropriate supplements to take by the doctor, and these can be taken regularly for excellent results.

The other problem you have described is bronchitis. You have also mentioned that it is mild. Since bronchitis is a blockage of the bronchioles in the lungs with mucus, you would need to take appropriate measures of loosen up this blockage. You first need to ensure that you always stay warm, and you need to keep your chest well covered to protect from the cold. This will be of maximum help. Steam inhalations are also extremely helpful in fighting blockage in the lungs. In particular, if you can take a steamy shower before bedtime, you will find that this is very helpful. You can also add some eucalyptus oil to your bath, as this will also help to clear up blockage. Just before bedtime, you should have some hot tea made with an infusion of ginger, peppercorns, cinnamon and cloves. Add honey as a sweetener. This will be particularly helpful to your asthma as well. Honey is one of the best known remedies for treating asthma. It is also advisable that you get a medical examination for asthma, rather than trying to deal with the situation on your own.
