You seem to be suffering from premature hair loss. Taking care of certain things in your daily life can treat it. Your skin and hair are indicators of your bone and blood health. If these are not healthy then it clearly indicates that you are not taking good care of yourself. You cannot treat it just by external treatments. You need to pay attention to your daily lifestyle and make sure that you follow a healthy routine to get great skin and hair.

Start your day with at least six glasses of water in the morning. Do this daily, the first thing after you wake up. This will help to flush out all the toxins from your body and will prepare it to absorb the nutrition from food better. Eat a tablespoon of sesame seeds every morning. Chew well to absorb the nutrients well. It contains good amount of calcium and magnesium to promote and maintain good hair growth. Eat fresh nutritious home cooked food consisting of sprouts, whole grains, dark green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, nuts and other dry fruits. Drink enough water throughout the day to keep your body well hydrated. Drink fresh coconut water daily as it helps to provide essential minerals and calcium for your hair. Also exercise regularly or practice yoga as it is known to be excellent for overall health.

Take a tablespoon each of rosemary, burdock, sage and peach leaf. Boil it in 2 large mugs of water. Cover and allow to steep for half an hour. Strain and use this as a daily hair wash. You can also add a few drops of liquorice essential oil to your shampoo. You can use it daily without any adverse effects.

Keep your scalp and hair clean and do not allow sweat and dirt build up. This will block the pores and may also cause bacterial infection. If you travel a lot, cover your hair with a scarf or wear a hat. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo daily if required and do not forget to condition it. You could use a mix of finely powdered soap nut, margosa, henna, Indian gooseberry and sage. Mix the powdered herbs in equal quantities and use this mix to wash your hair daily. This is a mild but powerful growth stimulating hair wash. You can use it daily for quick results. Avoid henna if you have blonde hair as it gives a reddish tint.
