A girl begins her menstrual cycle when she reached puberty. This signifies that she is sexually mature. Women the world over have different experiences of menstruation.
These depend greatly on the mental and physical condition of the woman in question. While some people suffer from painful cramps during their menstrual cycle, others do no experience any pain at all. For people who exercise regularly and keep fit, menstrual cycles are not painful times of the month.
However, for people who are out of shape, pain can be an integral part of their monthly cycle. Heredity also plays an important role in deciding what kind of menstrual cycle you experience. Often women complain of pain during menstruation. This is related to their genes and has been inherited from their mother. A pain in the abdomen and cramps are the general symptoms of menstruations. Women generally complain of exhaustion during these days and often experience pain in their legs. Stress and ill health can influence your menstrual cycle. If you are under stress then you are likely to not have your monthly cycle at all. It is a good idea to stay calm and relaxed so that you are not stressed. Avoid drinking tea and coffee during this period. It is essential that you eat well during the days when you have your menstrual cycle since very often women tend to forget to eat. This could cause lightheadedness in some people. However, you should make an attempt to ensure that this does not occur again by eating regular, balanced meals. You should drink at least one glass of milk every day and when you are in the middle of your monthly menstruation cycle, then you should accompany this with a fruit of your choice. If you notice a feeling of lightheadedness during your menstrual cycle again, then it is a good idea to consult your family doctor since this could be indicative of some other medical condition. However, there is no need to worry. You should simply ensure that you eat at regular times during the day. Very often women complain of nausea when they are going through their menstrual cycle. This means they eat less food than usual. Over the five days of a woman’s’ menstrual cycle, she usually ends up becoming weak. This weakness could be the cause of the woman’s lightheadedness. You can avoid feeling lightheaded by eating at regular intervalss Eat plenty of spinach and dates during the dayy
