Is there any natural cure for fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia is a tricky problem to get a handle on. Since it is basically a matter of extreme fatigue and body ache, most of the time, it can be barely diagnosed correctly. However, if you have been diagnosed positively with fibromyalgia, then you can take some basic measures to help fight the problem as well. The first thing you would have to do is rest. Since one of the causes of fibromyalgia is fatigue, rest is an excellent way to handle the problem for most part. But rest does not simply mean to lie down and do nothing. You must also rest your body from within. This means you must give your digestive system a rest, as well as no indulge in too much of activity like watching movies, reading etc, which would tax your eyes. Avoid heavy exercise as well, and opt for yoga, if it is possible. Yoga will make a great difference to your well being even otherwise.

You must go easy on eating heavy, oily, fried and spicy food while you are suffering from fibromyalgia. It is also advisable to avoid a complex food such as milk and all its products from your diet. Milk is very difficult to digest in adults and you can do without it as part of a healthy diet as well. Try to substitute it with yogurt, which has a greater percentage of soluble calcium in it than milk. Meat is another substance you can avoid to give your digestive system a break. It is too heavy to digest and in generally not considered to be a good thing for patients of fibromyalgia. You can start adding large quantities of ginseng to your food. It will serve very well as a seasoning, and its healing properties will also help you along the path to recovery very nicely.
