Home remedies for sore throat

The use of garlic is very effective in sore throat treatment. Chew 2-3 garlic cloves for a few days.
Aloe Vera is also known for its effectiveness in soothing an inflamed throat.

Gargle with Aloe Vera juice 2-3 times daily.
A potent herbal tea known to provide immediate relief form sore throat is a marshmallow root tea. You can easily prepare this tea at home.

Bring a cup of water to boil and add 1 tablespoon of dried marshmallow root to this water. Leave it covered for up to 10 minutes. Strain the soaked root and drink it when it is slightly warm. Drink 2 -3 cups a day.

Home remedies for plugged ears

Warm a few drops of olive oil. Let thye oil cool down a bit. Put 3-4 drops in each ear with use of a dropper. This remedy will provide immediate relief from a plugged ear.
Mash a few cloves of garlic and put the juice in each ear. Garlic is a natural antibiotic and will help to clear ear canal.
Excess of earwax also cause plugged ears. Put a few drops of of hydrogen peroxide in each ear. Wait for it to do clean the wax. Then let it drain out.

Simple home remedies for hoarseness

Add a few drops of lemon to a cup of warm water and put 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in it. Sip slowly while its warm. Consume this drink at least 2- 3 times a day.
Chop onions into small pieces keep them in a cup. Pour honey generously so that the onions are completely soaked in honey. Cover the cup with a lid and leave it on for an hour. Swallow one to two tea spoons of the honey every few hours.
A cup of warm Lemon verbena tea provides instant relief and soothes the throat. Drink 2 -3 cups of lemon verbena tea daily. This is an effective home remedy for hoarseness.
