SOME EXCELLENT AND SAFE NATURAL DIURETICS CAN BE FOUND IN FOODS SUCH AS CUCUMBER, PARSLEY AND WATERMELON.

CHAMOMILE TEA, HOT OR COLD IS ALSO A GENTLE AND SAFE DIURETIC.

BE SURE TO DRINK PLENTY OF PURE, FILTERED WATER AS WELL.

Vitamin B6 is useful in reducing fluids

 

Also distilled water can be used, it naturally disolves the salts in your body which lower blood pressure and reduces fluids in the body
