  • Please take 1/2 cup cold cow's milk with 1/2 cup cold water in acute heart burn. You may take 1 tsp. of Black carraway oil in 1 cup of cold milk daily for curing heart burn and reflux.
  • Drink 1tsp of Apple cider vinegar with 1 cup of water to avoid reflux.
  • Take homeopathic remedy called nux vomica 30 5 pills 2 times daily for 10 days. Then stop all medicines and watch for another 10 days.
