you have suggested underweight treatment using figs whereby 3 dry figs soaked in water should be take twice daily. please clarify whether the dry figs should be eaten or only the water in which the figs are soaked is to be drunk. Pl

The figs should be eaten. Dry figs have concentrated calories which will help you in gaining weight. Water does not have any calorific value.
