Alternative Treatment for Dry Feet
Rough feet can be due to extra dryness, pamper your feet and take good care of them. Try the following simple home remedies for rough feet:
Make the skin soft by soaking your feet in a tub of warm water for 15-20 minutes. You can add 2 drops of baby shampoo in the tub.
Then with the help of a nail filer scrap off the dead skin and cut the protruding nails. Do this every alternate day so that to ensure all the dead skin is removed. Always wipe them with a clean cotton cloth and apply moisturizer to keep them soft.
Everyday after taking a shower when you are still little moist apply moisturizer on your feet to avoid them from drying out.
Give a nice massage to the feet with warm almond oil at night before going to bed. This is also an excellent remedy for dry rough feet.
If massage is not possible then apply an oil based moisturizer at night before going to sleep.
Never step barefooted in dusty ground and always wear clean and comfortable footwear to protect your feet from any harm.
