Question on treating headaches

Does caffeine or chocolate help headaches? For example, drinking a pepsi?

Treating headaches-

  • To some extent the stimulating effect of the caffeine helps to relieve a headache.
  • Coffee has maximum caffeine then tea, chocolate and Pepsi .
  • In the primary action these caffeinated substances increase the sensitivity of the nervous system  Stimulate them and reduce intra cranial tension.The secondary action is perhaps more and more severe chronic headaches and tensed up nervous system of such caffeine takers is a common phenomena.
