Natural Remedy Painful Yeast Infections Recipe

by Sam Malone

Here is a Natural Remedy for Yeast Infections.

You’ll need:

Organic coconut oil

Lavender essential oil

Tea Tree essential oil

Bottle-sized ice cube mold

Directions:

Melt about 2 tablespoon of coconut oil in a small bowl or measuring cup.

Next, add 4 drops each of Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils. (This is a safe amount to start with – as long as you know you’re not allergic to any of these oils.)

Pour the oil mixture into a silicone mold. I used a silicone tray for making bottle-friendly ice cubes, and it worked perfectly for this project. I highly recommend using something like this if you can get your hands on one!

Put the filled mold in your freezer until the oils have frozen solid, which should take around 15-20 minutes.

Break each stick into 2 or 3 pieces to make them the perfect “suppository” size. Insert one of the pieces. The coconut oil will begin to melt as soon as it comes into contact with your skin, so you’ll want to use a pad, liner, or some toilet paper to absorb the oil. Repeat as necessary for soothing relief!
