I first use a very warm shallow bath. cleans wih a mild soap. then apply aloa vera right from the plant, cut and peel off skin. wait a few min. then open a Vit. E cap.and apply oil. Also witch hazel applied to a cotton ball and left there, cools and takes away the itch

I have told friends about this remedy for Roids..if they are inflamed the first 3 days could be a burn.. take 1 capsule each evening till you see, or should I say feel the inflamation relief..put into your daily diet one capsule every morning..Hope this helps...
