I have headache for some times and it have my shoulders arm wast and the spine hurts so much what can I take for that

The condition that you have sounds a bit like you are suffering from a condition called dural ectasia. This is a rare condition that is usually connected to diseases like spondylitis but this can only be said to be the case if you suffer from consistent back pain and neck pain. In this case, the headaches are usually a continuation of the problem that you are actually facing in the spine. Here the problem is one where there is increased pressure caused by tissue growth around the spine that compresses the cerebrospinal fluid to the point where it places pressure in the brain as well.

Most headaches are not something to worry about and are quite common to all people. The causes for this condition lies in a variety of problems that usually span pressure build ups, reduced oxygen supply to the brain, and other problems that can range to the bizarre like a thunderclap headache. There are even some headaches that men can get after an orgasm. Dealing with a headache is a matter of simply popping two pills of acetylsalicylic acid, acetaminophen, or a similar analgesic. These are usually the quick fixes to the problem but if your headaches are occurring with a degree of consistency or on a certain trigger or follow a pattern, this is usually the sign that you have developed a case of migraine headaches. Migraines are one of the most confusing of all headaches and are caused by any kind of psychological trigger including smells, lights, and sounds. The only way known to deal with migraines is to simply avoid the triggers and take analgesics as a prophylactic treatment.

To start treating your condition, the first thing that you should do is to get an MRI scan done of your spinal column. This will ensure that dural ectasia is not the causative problem. If this turns up clear, then all you need to do is to start tanking up on some tea that has some of the herb feverfew in it. This herb is used for the treatment of all types of headaches and is quite similar in action to acetylsalicylic acid. Boil the leaves of this herb with some ginger tea and since ginger is also an analgesic and antipyretic, you should start to feel a great deal of relief after indulging in this concoction. This is a prophylactic treatment and you should have this several times a day.
