Sty is a red bump or boil seen on the eyelids or on the inner eye. Internal intake of dandelion tea aids in removal of toxins and other microbes. A decoction of parsley water proves beneficial in eliminating a sty. It also reduces the puffiness of eyes. A decoction of acacia leaves is applied topically as a compress on the sty.

Avoid squeezing them, as it is contagious. Freshly grated potato is placed on a cotton cloth and placed as a poultice to reduce inflammation. Castor oil is applied topically with the help of a dropper. Rub a gold ring to create warmth and place on the sty. Place crushed garlic on the eye sty for relief. Warm salt water, poured on the sty proves beneficial. Chamomile tea is prepared. Dab a cotton ball in the tea and place over sty.
