Advice on psoriasis, psoriactic arthritis and hearing loss

I have psoriasis, psoriactic arthritis and hearing loss. When I blow my nose my hearing improves until I swallow. My question is could my tubes be infected and or blocked? or could this be relate

If you are taking biologics which are new drugs being used effectively for treatment of severe psoriatic arthritis when conventional treatment fails, then a side effect occasionally seen with these medications are colds or sinus infections. This could have happened in your case. Please discuss this with your doctor for best guidance.

Meanwhile, if blowing your nose improves your hearing then it is important to clear your nasal passages from the mucus for relief. You will feel better by taking steam inhalation for 10 minutes. To treat the cause of your problem, speak to your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
