Advice on reducing fat on belly

I had two ceasarian births. Now I have put on fat on my belly. How I can reduce it, because I can't go for harder exercises.

It is very difficult to "spot reduce" although you can start to work on strengthening your core muscles. Try pilates with an experienced practitioner.

Additionally, there is a straight calorie-in calorie-out equation. The more movement you do, at any intensity, the more calories you burn. Can you walk or swim an hour a day? Regular daily activities are only part of the equation, add in more movement wherever you can.

Beyond that, learning what diet is right for you, eating whole foods and avoiding refined sugars is important.

Oh, stay away from all soda, including diet soda. Did you know that for each diet soda you drink daily you have an over 40% higher chance of being obese?

Good luck, and remember that shooting for a healthy diet will help you reach your weight goals too!
