A stuffy nose is very common as cold can block up your nasal passages. To breathe a lot easier, there are many ways to unblock your stuffiness using these simple home remedies:
- Sprinkle karvol drops on a tissue and keep sniffing from time to time.

- Exercise is a natural decongestant for nasal stuffiness. Brisk walking is useful as it stimulates better breathing and blood circulation. You will also shrink nasal membranes, and also get fresh air.
