Losing weight is not so simple a issue. So many diets exist, but none suits all. Obesity is such a wide spectrum issue that one size does not fit all. The basic is insulin resistance, body unable to utilise both blood sugar as well as insulin hormone to produce energy, glands misbehave and that includes Thyroid too. For insuline resistnce a simple home remedy is to soak fenugreek seeds in a cup of water overnight and take soaked water next morning empty stomach.
Half a tsp cinnamon powder, licked with 1 tsp honey at the beginning of a meal also useful to reduce insulin resistance.
But nothing will work until one starts exercises such as swimming, walking, Yoga or special breathing techniques taught in Yoga.
