Depending upon the chemical composition and type of kidney stones, there may be a variety of treatments. If your body tends to precipitate stones, then 1/2 your body weight in ounces of pure/filtered water would be the first place to start. If your stones are oxalate, then avoidance of high oxalate foods would be important. I personally do not prescribe Classic Coke as the treatment for anything, since the phosphoric acid leaches calcium from the bones, and the high sugar content contributes to blood sugar imbalances and insulin resistance. Asparagus, as a vegetable, has many benefits but I'm not familiar for its specific use in prevention and dissolving kidney stones. Most natural remedies take time to work. For every year you've had a condition you should plan on at least one month of natural treatments. There are a few exceptions in this guideline using homeopathic remedies.
