My feet really stink bad,I wash them all the time and I also change my socks at least 3 times a day, and I still can't cure it. Please help me .

Excessive sweating can cause rapid growth of bacteria and give rise to smelly feet. Keep your feet clean, dry and exposed to air as far as possible. Wear open footwear like sandals instead of closed shoes, if possible at least till the smell is cured. If you must wear shoes, then take them off immediately when you come home. Changing socks often is good but it will not solve the problem. Getting rid of the bacteria which causes the smell is our primary focus.

Here is a good home remedy you can try:

  • Prepare a footbath: Boil several tea bags in 2 cups of water for 15 mins. Then remove the tea bags and pour this strong tea into a basin or tub filled with 2 quarts or 2 liters of cool water.
  • Soak your feet in this strong tea for 20-30 mins everyday until smell disappears. It takes about a week to 10 days to get rid of the smell completely.
