Health and fitness is important in pregnancy.



This is because fitness can keep you healthy and reduce the risk of labor complications. It also helps to lose weight and regain body shape after child birth.



Fitness during pregnancy helps to relieve the basic discomforts of pregnancy like fatigue, morning sickness, back pain, achy legs and constipation. It also aids in strengthening heart and muscles.

The basic fundamentals of smooth and carefree pregnancy are pregnancy nutrition and pregnancy exercises. It is very essential to intake well balanced diet that tends to gain your weight up to an additional of 25 pounds.
