Although Office Yoga is restricted to Chair Yoga routines, there are other possibilities to do yoga warm up exercises as well.



There are many challenges that office goers often face. Your work place can be a great place for doing mobile exercises and staying fit even at work.

Limited Space

Offices usually have cubicles that are very small and limited when it comes to do exercise. With a limited space, you don't feel like doing exercise.



Still, if you want you can do some of the leg exercises, neck exercises and arm movements within the confines of your cubicle. You can also do shoulder rotation and leg swing within the cubicle.


Low Degree of Self Confidence

Some of the office goers have a low level of self confidence.



They feel shy to do yoga in front of their colleagues. For many it's a source of embarrassment if anyone in the office notice them doing yoga.
