All of us are searching for pleasure and contentment and become dissatisfied with temporary pleasures. We all want to achieve eternal bliss and fitness yoga is the means which we can apply to attain the ultimate gratification.

We try to find solace in relationships, money or alcohol but the sense of purpose is not produced through all these temporary respites. Spiritual yoga is the stage we arrive at eventually, after trying all the other means to gain satisfaction.

Nature guides us in evolving ourselves and in this; the philosophy of yoga assists us and takes us to our goal.

While we are evolving spiritually, the peace that it offers us lures us towards higher levels of mental ecstasy. The healing yoga process delves deep into the realms of human existence and provides us the reprieve we need from day to day struggles of life.

Yoga encourages the non competitive spirit in us and it liberates us from our egos. We are ready to accept that everyone is the same, no one is better than the other and everyone is trying to do their best on any given day.

It makes us realize that everyone is important in the scheme of the things that makes the delicate web of the world we live in.

Yoga benefits include refining our action, increasing our devotion and perfecting our knowledge. It teaches us that none of the parts of the world are isolated and we all are connected to each other, though not apparently so. The applied methods of self analysis, self realization and self evolution are tools meant to achieve the goal of fundamental contentedness through yoga poses. It is necessary for us to be in communion with the ideal which we are trying to contemplate, in order to achieve the purpose of self fulfillment through yoga classes. The philosophy religion of yoga can be attained only if we practice yoga intensely in all its forms.
