The real remedy
suggested by David
on Friday, February 9, 2007
Warts have a root under the skin which is considered a foreign object. Your body wants to attack this foreign object. To help your body, fasten anything hard to the wart which will push it into the skin. Most people like the traditional potatoes or garlic, but you can use anything hard. I used a bottle cap for mine. I taped a bottle cap to the wart, causing the wart to be pushed further into my skin. After a couple of nights, my body was able to fight off the foreign object (wart) and I had smooth skin again.

Wart Removal

Duct tape is what my pediatrician suggested for my son. He wouldn't keep it on. But supposedly it really works. I used Compound W wart removing gel on myself a while ago. It worked to remove a large wart from my wrist in about a weeks time. That was disgusting having a huge wart..never had one before!

Cover wart(s) with a
thin slice of raw
potatoe skin and cover
with a small piece of
silver duct tape. Each
day remove and wash and replace with new
potato and duct tape.
Or just try the duct
tape alone. I've heard
people swear that this
treatnent works. Some say it can take
as little as two weeks to work.

warts
suggested by [unspecified] on Thursday, June 1, 2006
I had warts on my face. I soaked a cotton ball with some apple cider vinegar and applied to my warts. They stopped itching immediately and dissapeared in a matter of a week or two. I had these warts on my face for almost 2 years and my Dr. wouldn't help me so I tried the vinegar and I haven't had any more for at least 6 months!
