- Use Ripe Banana to gain weight. First mash the banana into milk, don't mix sugar in it. Then in breakfast take everyday. It is very good to gain weight in few days.
- Use ragi flour porridge (Fry kala chickpeas and remove peel, then grind it, it become sattu) on daily bases. First you mix ragi flour porridge in glass of water and as per your taste you add sugar or salt in it take in a breakfast. It is also keep your stomach cool. It is very good diet in summer.

caused by Addisons
disease, which is a
hormone problem,
being low in cortisone in the
adrenal glands.
Symptoms are extreme
tiredness, vomiting,
weight loss and the
skin turning brown.Treatment would be having a
blood test and being
given the correct
medicine to improve
the hormone balance.
People can have this
problem for years and not know about
it.

carnation instant breakfast w/ ice cream

i use to drink carnation instant breakfast mixed with ice cream after each meal, also i wouldn't eat dinner until after 8:00 p.m. i weighed 110lbs. 2 years ago and now i'm 155 lbs.

Drink a 16oz glass of Carnation Instant Breakfast four times a day. Have two snacks of yougart. Have one well balanced meal for Dinner or Lunch. And don't forget to take a mutivitamin. In two months I gained 15 pounds.
