Echinacea is popularly believed to be an immunostimulator, stimulating the body's immune system and warding off various infections, particularly the common cold. Take a teaspoon of Echinacea tincture, 3 times a day on empty stomach for 2 weeks to a month. Check the prospectus for contraindications.

Works for me most of the time. Take every day or alternate days. Don't take more than this as it will prevent the absorbtion of copper.
