I'm no expert but for me, eating snacks with Marmaite, or Bovril, with some cheese helps a lot (on whole wheat brown bread). Also, it is always recommended to drink enough water. Replace sugar in your coffee or tea with Fructose. I add about half a spoon of Fructose to 500ml of water to slowely bring the sugar levels up. Fructose does not crystilise and even cheeper than sugar. Avoid using sugar to higher your sugar levels as it will only peak and drop back again. Slow intake of the mentioned stuff will slowly increase your blood suger. Avoid alchol!!! Natural herbal medication called "Manna" contains vitams to help balance sugar as mentioned in this article.

i have hypoglcima and when i start to have an attack i just eat a spoonful of peanut butter and about 5 mins. later the dizziness is gone.

Ireduced my blood sugar level from 135 to 96 in a year by eating on a weeklu basis a slice or two of a chinise vegetable BITTER MELON. It is sort of bitter, but it is no more bitter than pepper or onion. So you just accept it taste and concume it from time to time with any green salads.
