hello i live in U.S. and having leucoderma for past 22 years.i must suggest everybody getup early in morning do kapalbhati and anulomvilom both and go for walk atleast for 1/2 n hr.then take yr ayurvedic medicensins it wil work magically.i think babchi is the best thing if shud be taken wd yoga and body workouts.and have a lot of faith in God. agar usne ye problem di hai to uske sath hume koi badi khusi bhi dene wala hai and have this hope in yr mind.try to be happy always.

babchi is the very good remedy for the leucoderma..i personally use it ..soak the 1 gram of babchi in the night in small quantity of water and take the water is in the morning ..ang soak the same quantity of babchi in the morning and use the water in the night ...take this water and then reply me after one month you will see the difference.
