Relieves swollen rash

suggested by Snoaven on Sunday, March 30, 2008

When the doctor's both oral and applied medicine (cream) do not work and in fact worsen the skin rash condition till it swells, you can try this. Buy evening primrose oil capsules. Break open the capsule and apply the oil liberally on the affected part and leave on overnight. Somehow, miraculously, both the swelling and itch goes off the next day. However it does not treat the color of the rash that still remains. But it's effective to heal the rash!

2 cupfuls of oats ina warm bath work wonders. If u don't like the idea of tons of oats floating around in your bath, try "ceridwen's cauldron" from lush. It is a bath melt and it has oats in. When it's all melted, there is still the muslin bag around the oats so that they don't float everywhere.
