Remedy for difficulty in sleeping. Use the banana peel. First you must cleanse it and let it boil in water for 20 minutes on a slow flame, then pour the water into a cup and add one tsp of honey. Drink slowly and relax.

Lack of sugar

I noticed that when I went on a diet wherein there was absolutely no sugar intake, it took me more than an hour to go to sleep. I'm not so sure though if it was the lack of sugar or too much aspartame (sugar substitute)that caused it.

400 mg of magnesium taken before you go to bed will cure your insomnia. Everyone needs magnesium for nerve and muscle function. A lack of magnesium can cause your body to be uptight. I take it nightly and sleep great and wake up feeling great.

Just before sleeping, it's a good habit to read. It'll help you sleep, and you get to enjoy a book at the same time. Reading gets me to sleep every time I can't sleep. (:

Babies should never be given honey, ever. The bottle will state this right on the lable. It could make the child very very sick.
