Breathe in deeply, with a relaxed chest and diaphragm (if you do not know how to relax your diaphragm, relax your chest muscles and use your stomach muscles to support inhalation) hold this breath while staying relaxed. Do this for ten seconds; count slowly in your head in a meditation sort of way. When you reach ten, breathe outward, still relaxing the chest area. Exhale to the count of ten. Then breathe in and out normally, and you're relaxed.
