This is an infallible method for getting rid of hiccups. Get half a glass of water but instead of drinking in the normal way, drink it from the opposite rim of the glass. This involves bending forward and tipping the water into your mouth, and may look a little strange, but it works every time!

Hiccups are annoying, and sometimes they hurt. Whenever I get hiccups I take a sip of a drink, (any drink works) then I hang upside down holding my breath. Hanging upside down on your couch works too. After holding my breath for 5-10 seconds I swallow. Afterwards anything is worth it!

Simply take a paper towel not napkin but a paper towel stretch it over the top of a glass of water. Drink the water quickly through the paper towel covering the top of the glass. Instantly your hiccups will be gone, works every time!!!

This is something that i have used time and time again when i get hiccups is eating a spoon of peanut butter. I do this when holding my breath,or water don't work, peanut butter always does the trick

For hiccups pinch your nose and hold it take a drink of water, close your mouth and swallow while you still have your nose pinched shut, I do this every time I have hiccups and it works.
