what I always do when i wake up hungover is. drink as much orange juice as possible then go back to sleep works with gatorade too. when you wake up again take a hot shower.

The generic migrane/ headache pills do wonders for my hangover headaches. My head usually pounds so hard that it makes me throw up if I don't takes OTC headache meds. Usually works within the hour. Usually a half hour to forty five minutes I'm feeling releif. Really...try it..it works!

go for a 12-18 mile run and then eat and drink as much as you possibly can, then go to sleep for a few hours. you will awake feeling very lightheaded but otherwise fabulous.

The worst hangover I have ever had I promised my son a day of shopping for his b-day(Jan 1st) and of course New Years eve party the night before. We went to the mall, I layed on the couch @ Barnes&Noble that said 100% fruit juice would cure a hangover. Its really works.
