sometimes endometriosis is accompanied by gastritis, so stay away from all soda's and carbonated drinks. Jogging slowly every other day helps so much and relieves the back pain and bloating. Also try to get rid of your stress, because that can bring on immense pain and land you in the emergency room as it did me. Endometriosis also causes ovarian cysts and can be seen easily by a ct scan. This is most often the result of polycystic ovarian syndrome so get tested. :)
