You can stop dizziness by cleaning the peel of limes, lemons, oranges and tangerines. Once clean, grate the peel into fruit salads, hot cereal, yoghurt or place on baked chicken or fish. Fruit peels also prevent small strokes and protect the skin from the sun's harmful rays. Avoid grapefruit peel as it is too strong for the stomach.
