When I was younger my hair was very long, I also had dandruff severely, one night my grandmother told me that she was going to get rid of it, she washed my hair with a mixture of 1c. Warm water with 1 tbs of baking soda. It felt like my hair was dry then she washed it reg. and conditioned it, I continue to do it once a month and have not had any problems with dandruff since

At first when my family told me to wash my hair with beer to get rid of dandruff I thought they were crazy...but turns out its a European thing that works..so i tried it..and it worked like everyone said. It also made my frizzy hair shiny and smooth but I hate the smell of beer so I only do it once a week :)

Dairy free diet

Cutting dairy out of the diet (or at least reducing it by replacing most milk drinks to soya) helps a lot.

You need use crush red pepper and vinegor. Then skalp will be swashed with soapy water, use dial or other antibacterial hand sope as to kill the aids germs, because aids causes dandruff.

Try soaking your hair with coconut cream for 20 - 30 minutes and later have a shampoo bath. It will give relief to the scalp irritation from having dandruff and also help moisturise the scalp. Repeat this process for couple of days. Only once a day

A mixture of olive oil and lemon juice massaged into the scalp can keep dandruff in check. Leave it in for a 30 minutes or so and then shampoo it out. The lemon juice acts as an astringent and the oilive oil helps moisturize the scalp.

I use warmed olive oil and massage it into my scalp and hair then shampoo like normal. It feels nice and helps with the dry scalp problems.

If suffer from dandruff you can use baby oil which is massaged thouroughly throughout the roots and ends . Apply a small amount depending on hair length also. This really does work within 3-4 days. The no-name brands are better.
