Cod Liver Oil

suggested by Carissa on Wednesday, September 19, 2007

Take a spoonful of cod liver oil every morning and night. I use Carlson Norwegian Cod Liver Oil for my arthritic knee - it helps immensely. And it certainly doesn't hurt that it's lemon flavored.

Boils

suggested by Tammy on Wednesday, December 20, 2006

Remedy to treat boils - Get 5 charcoal capsules (can be bought from any health food store or supermarket) cut break open the capsule to get the charchoal from the center. Mix the charcoal with a drop or two of water, just enough to make it a paste. Put this over the boil and then cover it with a bandage. Leave it on overnight. When you take the bandage off the following morning the boil will burst right before your eyes. We have more boil remedies here http://www.naturesnaturalhealing.com/Boils.shtml.

Muscle and Joint Pain

suggested by M on Tuesday, October 31, 2006

Put rubbing alcohol into a spray bottle and spray on lower back, shoulders, feet, anywhere you have pain. (Avoid eyes and mucous membranes) Rub it in lightly. This usually gives immediate temporary relief and often makes it possible to fall asleep. Very excellent for bedridden people. Refreshing, stimulating, and soothing.

arthritis

suggested by ranganath on Wednesday, June 14, 2006

Arthritis is curable. It affects all ages due to excess fluid formation. From my experience, the blood itself generates such a unwanted fluid and locks it in our jts which results in inflammation and pain. I do not accept that due to worn out joints, this affects, as all patients as my experience goes, are affected with one leg knee joint only and it spreads to the other knee after a few months or even years. The best way to treat it successfully is to arrest the formation of this fluid and at the same time discharged it internally. This double way has proved successful and the patients are free for life from this disease.

Drinking tart cherry juice or eating tart cherries seem to be very helpful in relieving pain from inflammation. Some say pomegranate juice is also helpful in pain reduction.
