Avoid touching acne affected areas. Do not pick on pimples as it will only make it worse and cause scars. Avoid ur hair touching your face. Hair creams and other products applied on hair coming in contact with face worsens acne. (fringes can cause acne on forehead)

Wash your face thrice daily with warm salty water. Steam your face before bed and in the morning after waking up. Will definitely work!

Like most of you, I have tried everything. My mom got me started on apple cider vinegar (just a bit, like a teaspoon or tablespoon depending on how well you stand the taste) mixed in a glass of water. This has been helping but then I thought to try directly on my skin. It burns on sensitive skin so you can mix 1:1 or 1:2 water:vinegar. I have been doing this for only 2 days, once in the morning , once at night and I can already see a difference!

I've tried everything, even going to the doctor. After stopping BC I got acne really bad. The Doctor said that it was a combination of hormone imbalance and bacteria in my face. She prescribed a oral antibotic and a cream antibotic..very expensive. Then I read a Natural Cures book ALCOHOL to cleanse.. HYDROGEN PEROXIDE to disinfect. I stopped taking all the medication the doctor's given me (because I was still breaking out) and have added these two things to my regular morning and night cleasing. I've been acne free since I've started.

PUT WHITE TOOTH PASTE ON NEW FORMING PIMPLES,AND SPOTS WHERE YOU SEE PIMPLES FORM ALL THE TIME! DO THIS @ NIGHT, LEAVE ON TIL' MORNING AND WASH AS USUAL!HAS TO BE WHITE TOOTH PASTE NOT GEL!THIS WILL NOT ONLY PREVENT PIMPLES FROM FORMING, BUT IT WILL STOP PIMPLES THAT YOU SEE OR FEEL ARE ABOUT TO FORM!

I'm still a sufferer of bad acne that Ive had since fourth grade and I have tried everything from micro-dermabraision to proactive to natural oils...I'm 18 this year and I started the contraceptive pill two years ago which cleared up all the pimples but left blemishes and blackheads about a month ago I brought the skin doctors gamma hydroxy forte cream and though there has been no startling results that has helped but I started drink half a lemon with hot water a day and placing the left over lemon in the skin on my face and that has seemed to work well if it works completely I'll let ya know keep trying :) I know its a pain

Apply lemon juice to your skin with a cotton ball as an astrigent afterward cut a peice of cucumber and rub it on your face the middle part of the cucumber is the best for your face. If 100% lemon juice is to strong for your face use half lemon juice half water. If you have dry skin lemon juice will not be the best option for your skin. It is best for normal to oily skin. This is excellent to you before bed you will wake up with much clearer skin. This is an easy and inexpensive way to clear skin.
